+1 Loot To Forge Rebirth Guide — When & How to Rebirth

How rebirth works in +1 Loot To Forge: permanent damage and Coin multipliers, gate requirements across dozens of rebirths, and the stall-based timing rule.

Rebirth is +1 Loot To Forge’s prestige system: it resets part of your progress in exchange for permanent multipliers to damage and Coins. Every deep stage gate in the game assumes you have stacked rebirths — the ladder’s quintillion-scale power walls are simply unreachable on a fresh save. This guide covers what resets, what the gates look like, and the timing rule that separates fast progress from spinning wheels.

What rebirth does

  • Resets: your power progress and stage position — the run-based layers of the game.
  • Keeps: forged gear, enhance grades, runes, race, and the rebirth multipliers themselves. Your character’s permanent layers survive every reset.
  • Grants: permanent damage and Coin multipliers that make the next run faster, richer, and able to push past gates the previous run could not.

The multiplier is the point: a few early rebirths turn a stalled wall into a speed bump, which is why the community rhythm is rebirth-on-stall rather than idling at a gate.

Rebirth gates

Each rebirth rank has a requirement, and the ladder is long — community trackers have mapped dozens of ranks (41+ tiers are inferred from in-game purchase ladders). The practical shape:

  • Early rebirths (1–5): quick. Requirements climb from near-nothing; a fresh player’s first rebirth arrives naturally within the first sessions.
  • Mid ranks: each rank wants meaningfully more power — the stage ladder and training zones do the carrying (dungeon guide, training zones).
  • Deep ranks: the multipliers you already own are what make the next rank reachable — compounding, not grinding.

The timing rule: rebirth on stall

The single best habit:

  1. Push stages until the next gate is unreachable. Farm, forge, enhance — exhaust the run’s cheap progress first.
  2. When the next power gate demands several times your current power and farming has slowed — rebirth. The multipliers close in minutes what grinding would close in days.
  3. Re-enter, re-clear the early stages at new speed, and climb past the old wall.

Rebirthing too early wastes the run’s unclaimed upgrades; rebirthing too late wastes hours at a wall. The stall rule threads it.

What to do before every rebirth

  • Spend down surplus ores into the next affordable forge craft — gear survives the reset, ores mostly restart (recipes).
  • Finish tower tickets if you are sitting on them; runes and Ember Stones persist and the tower unlocks again after (frostbound tower).
  • Redeem any new codes — code rewards persist through rebirth and give the fresh run a running start (codes page).

FAQ

Do you lose gear when you rebirth in +1 Loot To Forge?

No — forged gear, enhance grades, runes and your race all survive rebirth. Only run-based progress like power and stage position resets.

How many times should I rebirth?

As many times as the stall rule triggers — the ladder has dozens of ranks, and deep stage gates assume heavy rebirth multiplier stacks.

What happens if I rebirth too early?

Nothing is lost except time: you bank a smaller multiplier than you could have. The rhythm matters more than any single decision.
